Camp Overview

Leadership & Sustainability is a 3-day immersive camp in the Philippines designed to equip students with the mindset and practical tools to lead with purpose in a rapidly changing world. Through focused seminars, hands-on workshops, and local field exposure, participants examine how leadership and sustainability intersect within real community contexts. Students learn to think critically about environmental and social challenges, act responsibly, and design meaningful initiatives that contribute to positive change in their communities.

By the end of this journey, our students will:

Understand the principles of ethical and sustainable leadership within both local and global contexts
Develop creativity, collaboration, and systems thinking through guided project-based learning
Strengthen confidence in communication, problem-solving, and team leadership
Examine how issues such as climate change, inequality, and innovation are interconnected and affect communities

This camp is perfect for students who
