Introduction to Model United Nations

This program will serve as a comprehensive guide to students, introducing them to Model United Nations as an activity. In this program, students will learn about the procedures associated with the United Nations as well as learn about current affairs which affect different aspects of their lives.

At the end of this course, students will be able to:

• Understand Sustainable Development Goals, International Relations Issues, and Model United Nations (MUN) Principles,
• Practice drafting Position Papers,
• Practice debating and negotiation, developing and reconciling arguments,
• Construct coherent and logical arguments,
• Enhance critical thinking and independent research skills,
• Practice public speaking skills and build confidence,
• Collaborate well with team members.
